How It Works

From registration in Cameroon to arrival in the USA

A transparent, guided journey with safeguarding and education at every stage. Each step has its own status, notes, dates, and assigned staff member.

1. Register & Apply

Players create an account and complete a guided multi-step application covering personal, basketball, academic, and media information. Applications can be saved as drafts and resumed later. A unique application ID is generated automatically.

2. Evaluation

Authorized scouts and academic coordinators review the application using a structured rubric — basketball ability, academics, character, and safeguarding. Players see real-time status updates in their dashboard.

3. Matching & Admission

Approved candidates are matched with verified US schools, academies, and scholarship pathways based on academics, position, and readiness. We track every recruitment interaction and response.

4. Transition & Arrival

Immigration coordination, travel, accommodation, and on-campus support are managed through a dedicated checklist. A US-based support contact is assigned to each placed player.

Our commitment

Education, sportsmanship, and player development

Education comes first — no athletic opportunity without a real academic pathway.

Sportsmanship and character are evaluated alongside athletic ability.

Every placement is reviewed and approved by authorized human staff.
